We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Alliances & Partnership to lead our client onboarding initiatives for PAPG solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
establishing and nurturing partnerships, driving merchant acquisition, and ensuring seamless integration of our payment solutions. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term relationships that align with the company's goals and objectives. The role demands achieving a Total Payment Volume (TPV) of INR 5000 crores per month by the end of 12 months of operations.
1. Strategic Partnership Development :

- Identify and secure anchor clients across various segments, including FMCG, Conglomerate, Payment
- App, Housing Communities, E-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail & SME, Travel & Hospitality,
- Healthcare & Education, Logistics, Delivery.
- Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
2. Relationship Management :
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key marquee clients such as Zerodha, Angel One, Meesho, Ola, Rapido, Jar, Nestle, My Gate, NinjaKart, LT Finance, Myntra, Cholamandalam Finance, Zomato, etc.Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.3. Negotiation and Agreement :
Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial.Ensure all agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.4. Performance Monitoring :
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet established goals and objectives.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership activities and outcomes.5. Innovation and Improvement :
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the partnership ecosystem.Propose and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance partnership effectiveness.
