UI / UX Designer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned and imaginative UI / UX Designer with a strong design sensibility and a user-first mindset.

You will take full ownership of the design process, from user research to delivering high-fidelity interfaces, for websites and mobile apps.

Collaborating closely with the Design Director, developers, and key stakeholders, you’ll help bring digital experiences to life that are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate project briefs into intuitive, engaging user experiences and interfaces.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Create scalable UI design systems and component libraries.
• Develop polished visual designs with a strong sense of typography, color, layout, and motion.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistent output.
• Troubleshoot UX issues and iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and advocate for best practices in UI / UX.
