About the Role As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will work with a team of other BE / FE Engineers, SDETs, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers and Designers driving the execution of various zero to 1 Products. We are proponents of leveraging best in breed AI tools in every step of the Software Engineering lifecycle - including creating Specs, writing Code, writing Tests, Development, Testing and Deployment using tools like Cursor / Windsurf / Copilot. This requires a very different product development mindset comprising a lean team, of senior resources, that are hands-on and AI adept, resulting in ultra-rapid iteration cycles and fast output. You will participate in this unique approach to the software development, from ideation to launch to success.

Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and performant frontend architecture using React + TypeScript Drive UI / UX excellence and front-end performance optimization across products Set and enforce standards for maintainable, well-documented, and testable code Utilize tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC for Requirements synthesis and spec generation, Code and test generation, Refactoring, documentation, and deployment optimization. Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and release processes for frontend systems Ensure code quality through code reviews. Work closely with project managers to define deliverables and estimate timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of best practices. Monitor and optimize the performance of applications. Address scalability and performance issues.

Skills Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, component design patterns, and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or equivalent) In-depth knowledge of APIs, HTTP, and REST architecture. Proficiency in performance tuning, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Familiarity with backend languages like Go, Java, Python. Proficiency with modern AI tools such as : Cursor / Windsurf
