Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver structured, curriculum-aligned training in life sciences, healthcare, or allied health domains
- Introduce concepts in medical / life sciences, anatomy & physiology, documentation standards, and relevant terminology
- Facilitate assessments, conduct feedback sessions, and monitor learner progress
- Prepare students for certifications or industry-readiness as per the training objectives
- Mentor students for interviews and professional readiness
- Maintain attendance, learning reports, and coordinate session delivery with institutional coordinators
- Participate in Train-the-Trainer programs and upskilling workshops conducted by Rareminds
