Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both divisions to meet / exceed targets
- Forecast revenue, set quotas, track performance, and pivot as needed
2. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor sales reps and specialists across both divisionsDefine objectives, coach teams, and foster a high-performance culture3. Channel & Account Management
Build and nurture relationships with distributors, hospitals, and KOLsOversee distribution strategy and hospital access for ICU and ventilator lines4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Analyze market trends and competitor moves to identify growth opportunitiesShape product positioning, branding, and activation initiatives5. P&L Management & Compliance
Own cluster budget, forecasts, and profitability; control costsEnsure adherence to UCPMP, medico‑marketing norms, and regulatory standards6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
