Job descriptionResponsible for all store MPM Planogram Responsible for MPM (Merchandise Presentation Method), signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays. Act in alignment to the organization's culture, products, Styling, image and target market. Work and collaborate with Execution team. Responsible for all the MPM. Good understanding of product planning, MPMPlanogram, Store Layouts with 3d / 2d elevation & NSO-New Store Openings. Handle the work with Coordination between the Buyer & Merchandising team.
Experience : 6 to 8 Years.
Education : PG / Graduate from reputed Retail Management / Design Management Institute.
Key Skills and Attributes :
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva & MS Office or other visual design tools.
- Good Knowledge in Design & Concept - Merchandise display, Planogram, Layouts, and Retail Fixture, Story Concept & Overall ambience of the store.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including Merchandise presentation, signs, interior displays and space utilization.
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager based from Company Head Office.
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio Good organizational, self-management and goal setting skills.
