About the Role

We’re hiring a young and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team at a leading Manufacturing Company at Kovilambakkam Chennai.

Candidates staying in Pallavaram, Chrompet, Velachery, Madipakkam, Nanganallur, Keelkattalai, Pammal, Tambaram are preferred.

This role is ideal for candidates with solid hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and core accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage GST filings – GSTR-1 (Sales), GSTR-2B (ITC), GSTR-3B (Summary), GSTR-9 & 9C (Annual)

Handle TDS filings – Monthly and Annual

Perform General Ledger posting and Bank Reconciliation

Prepare Invoices and manage payments & Follow-ups

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Support audit preparation and financial reporting

Required Skills

Strong command over Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)

Must have TALLY PRIME EXPERIENCE

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and follow-up skills
