Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Application Support Analyst to support our development team in validating and ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions across multiple environments, including UAT. The ideal candidate will also provide Level 3 (L3) support, working closely with developers and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand new features and enhancements and validate them against business requirements.
  • Support L3 issue resolution by reproducing issues, identifying root causes, and validating fixes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
  • Work closely with business users during UAT to ensure solutions meet expectations and are ready for deployment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce testing or QA roles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform components and architecture.
  • Experience testing custom Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for L3 support and Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator will be a plus.
