We are seeking a reliable and friendly Phone Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting clients with scheduling appointments for our services. You will be fully trained on how to use our internal software systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound phone calls professionally and promptly
- Assist callers in setting up appointments
- Enter appointment details accurately in the scheduling system
- Provide clear and helpful communication to clients
- Follow standard procedures and call scripts as needed
Requirements :
