As we enter our next phase of aggressive user growth and platform adoption, we’re hiring a visionary Marketing Manager to lead and scale our acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts across both Web2 and Web3 channels.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong track record in Fintech / D2C startup growth , product-led marketing , and the ability to operate at the intersection of Web3 and Web2 marketing . You will be responsible for leading full-funnel strategies across paid, organic, content, social, and community channels to grow bepay’s user base, strengthen brand visibility, and drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and design teams to craft and execute campaigns that are performance-oriented, user-focused, and culturally aligned with our target audience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, content), social (Twitter / X, Telegram, Instagram), and performance marketing
  • Own go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches, features, and partnerships
  • Manage Web2 and Web3 channels with distinct strategies tailored to community, compliance, and platform behavior
  • Coordinate with influencers, agencies, partners, and in-house creators to scale content and brand awareness
  • Monitor KPIs, marketing attribution, channel ROI, and user funnel metrics to guide optimizations
  • Collaborate on high-impact content
  • Drive event-based marketing (hackathons, product launches, AMAs, webinars, Twitter Spaces)
  • Conduct user and competitor research to fine-tune messaging, positioning, and campaign themes
  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and tech to deliver user-centric, multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage marketing budgets and tool stacks to maximize performance

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in high-growth Fintech or D2C startups
  • Proven track record of driving acquisition and retention through data-driven performance marketing
  • Deep experience with Web2 platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, SEO, email / SMS automation)
  • Working knowledge of Web3 growth tactics including community engagement, token incentives, KOL strategy, and on-chain analytics
  • Experience growing and engaging communities across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit
  • Track record of driving growth through SEO, content marketing, influencer collabs, and campaign innovation
  • Proficient with marketing tech stack : Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, GTM, Web3 analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical skills; strong with numbers, funnels, and conversion rate optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Preferred

  • Previous experience working in similar role in fintech, payments, or crypto super apps
  • Prior work on product-led or growth loop campaigns
  • Experience managing marketing for mobile-first products or apps
  • Experience with A / B testing frameworks , cohort analysis, and attribution modeling
  • Past work with early-stage fintech or neobank products
  • Exposure to influencer / KOL CRM tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or DeFi-native tooling
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Data-led marketer with a strong grasp of both Web2 performance playbooks and Web3 growth dynamics
  • Experienced in D2C funnels—from click to checkout to retention
  • Startup mindset : scrappy, experimental, and not afraid to test bold ideas
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to build systems and scale teams
  • Able to collaborate across departments and manage cross-functional campaigns
  • Confident working across global markets, communities, and product lifecycles
