Job descriptionProduct brochures, logos, and branding Social media creatives, digital ads, and promotional content UI / UX layouts for websites and digital platforms Catalogs, pitch decks, and marketing material Product and explainer videos Training and service videos Create storyboards, visual scripts, and motion graphics Create, edit and enhance video content for training, product showcases, and YouTube / social platforms Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual content that drives engagement Research and implement latest design trends and tools Manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail and timelines Self-motivated and able to work independently Disciplined and focused with strong time management Sincere and committed to high-quality output Creative & Innovative thinker with fresh design ideas Strong visual imagination and storytelling ability Passionate about continuous learning and creative growth Exceptional layout, typography, and color sense Strong design thinking and conceptualization ability Adobe Creative Cloud Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Graphic Design) Premiere Pro, After Effects (Video Editing & Motion Graphics) Figma or Adobe XD – UI / UX and prototyping Canva / Adobe Express – Fast content creation Blender / Cinema 4D / Adobe Dimension – Bonus for 3D animation Familiarity with AI-based tools like Midjourney , DALL E , or RunwayML is a plus Storyboarding, animation (2D / 3D), transitions, and effects Sound, voiceover syncing, and subtitles Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 2–5 years of proven experience in creative design roles (agency or in-house) Strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating originality and quality Good communication and collaboration skills Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy A culture that supports creativity, innovation, and ownership Diverse, meaningful design projects with impact Competitive monthly salary and annual performance bonus (up to INR 1.5 Lakhs) Opportunity to grow with a dynamic, creative team
Location : Remote – Work from Home
Working Hours : 4 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Job Type : Full-Time | Minimum 2-Year Contract
Start Date : Between July 1st – July 15th, 2025
Compensation :
- Monthly Salary : INR 35,000 – INR 45,000
- Performance Bonus : Up to INR 1,50,000 annually

You will design across a wide range of formats including product branding, brochures, videos, catalogs, websites, and explainer animations.
