Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the APAC talent landscape to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent across multiple APAC markets, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the APAC region (e.g., Singapore, India, Malaysia, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct screening interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview logistics.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring roles.
Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence across APAC.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies for each country in scope.
Represent the company’s employer brand professionally and effectively to candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical / IT recruitment , with at least 2–3 years focusing on APAC markets .

Proven experience recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Architects, etc.

Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., SEEK, Naukri, JobStreet), and networking channels.

Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, market dynamics, and compensation norms across APAC countries.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
