Responsibilities
- Actuator / Accessories sizing and related technical clarification
- Technical support for major projects, including specification review, valve selection, technical clarification, etc.;
- Customer reception and product review;
- Technical exchange, special products and standardization promotion
- Technical clarification, communication during project implementation in the procurement stage;
- General technical exchange and product promotion for key customers;
- Participated in industry exhibitions, exchange meetings and product promotion;
- Customer reception and product review
- Technical communication and product promotion;
- Inspection of the valve at site and customer satisfaction investigation;
- Conducted research on the application of devices and valves, and familiar with the application scenarios of products;
- Project site valve installation guidance and after-sales tracking;
- Collecting application scenarios and performance of competitors' valves;
- researching for product development direction and product replacement opportunities;
Business trip (at least 50% ) is required for capex project technical clarification, factory or trouble shooting at site etc.
Requirements
Education / Experience Requirements :
College Degree preferred and minimum 3~5 years’ experience in valve engineeringProfessional and courteous communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressure while multi-tasking the needs of multiple customersEnglish and local languageRegular travel and occasional multiple day overnight travel.Other Skills / Abilities :
