Experience : 2 to 5 Years (Hands-on experience in IT and Academic ERP at College or University Level is Mandatory)

Salary : 40K – 50K

Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Manager to oversee, administer, and optimize the Academic ERP system across all departments of the university. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data flow, smooth process automation, and effective user support to enhance academic and administrative efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with academic, examination, accounts, and administration departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the ERP system.
• Serve as the single point of contact between internal stakeholders and ERP vendors / service providers for configuration, change requests, and issue resolution.
• Monitor data entry, validations, and periodic updates to maintain high data quality and integrity within all ERP modules.
• Provide functional support, training, and handholding to faculty and staff for various ERP modules such as Admissions, Attendance, Examination, Fees, and HR.
• Generate and schedule academic, statutory, and management reports as per institutional requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in implementation, rollout, and user acceptance testing of new ERP modules or enhancements.
• Maintain SOPs, manuals, and documentation for ERP workflows, configurations, and periodic changes.
• Escalate technical issues to vendors or internal IT team and follow up until closure, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Note : Candidates willing to relocate to Sangareddy will be preferred.
