Position : Patient Care Coordinator – Neurosurgery

Location : Sparsh Hospital, Infantry Road, Bengaluru.

At Sparsh Hospital's Neurosurgery Dept, every spine and brain surgery represents more than a medical procedure. it's a journey of courage, trust, and healing. Our Neurosurgery Department is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who can guide patients and their families through every stage of that journey with warmth, clarity, and compassion.

What You'll Do :

• Be the reassuring voice patients hear before they meet their neurosurgeon. Help them understand consultations, prepare medical reports, and feel supported.
• Stay connected after procedures to ensure post-operative instructions, physiotherapy, and medications are clearly understood and followed.
• Offer emotional counselling to patients and caregivers coping with fear, anxiety, or the stress of surgery and recovery.
• Work closely with neurosurgeons, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists to provide a seamless, reassuring care experience.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate follow-up visits so that no patient feels lost in the process.
