What You'll Do
At Cult, design isn’t decoration — it’s how we shape behaviour, tell stories, and move millions.
As a product designer, you’ll craft intuitive, joyful experiences that power our growing fitness and lifestyle marketplace — from the first tap of discovery to the final swipe of checkout.
You’ll :
- Own end-to-end journeys across app and web, blending functionality with emotion.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and category teams to shape features that are delightful and measurable.
- Design clean, expressive interfaces that echo our energy and elevate every interaction.
- Use data, feedback, and your own design instincts to refine flows, layouts, and user outcomes.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system — building consistency while leaving room for surprise and delight.
What We're Looking For
You have 2–3 years of hands-on product design experience and a portfolio that reflects :
Strong visual sensibility and thoughtful UX decision-making.Comfort designing for both mobile and web — you understand how behaviour shifts across form factors.Experience working cross-functionally to ship quality products at scale.Hands-on experience with AI tools — whether integrating them into products or using AI in your design process (e.g., Figma AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).A sharp eye for detail : from typography to motion, you care how it feels and how it functions.Proficiency in tools like Figma. Bonus points if you love prototyping, animating, or storytelling through motion.Bonus Points For :
Background in e-commerce, lifestyle platforms, or mobile-first marketplaces.Understanding of consumer psychology and digital buying behavior.Passion for fitness, wellness, or movement — you get the joy of it, and it shows in your work.Why Join Us?
