Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage platform-specific sales plans and drive joint business plans (JBPs) with leading e-commerce and q-commerce partners.
Oversee daily operations including product listings, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and platform offtake.
Monitor digital marketing campaigns (impressions, CTR, ROAS, ACOS) to optimize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the e-commerce team by setting clear goals and driving accountability.
Who you are :
MBA (Tier-B school preferred) with 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce sales or managing large accounts.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building strong platform relationships.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce management tools, dashboards, and inventory systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in BI / data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and result-oriented approach.
Collaborative, agile, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment.
