Quality Assurance Engineer - ETL / Datawarehouse Testing

Inviting applications for the role of QA :

• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, ETL Testing and writing testing scripts in Python to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of data systems
• Deep understanding of the data domain, with data processing, data storage, and data retrieval
• Strong collaboration, communication skills and analytical skills
• Experience reviewing system requirements and tracking quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts)
• Experience creating and improving the integration of CI / CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum development process
• Some experience with performance and security testing
• Design and develop comprehensive test plan, test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage test case life cycle.
• Execute and Analyse manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure the quality of software applications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that test cases are aligned with development goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper testing coverage and effective communication of test results. Ability to manage repeatable standard processes along with an ability to find, own and resolve ad-hoc issues.
• Hands-on experience in test executing using AWS services, technically proficiency in service such as MKS, EKS, Redshift, S3.
