Job descriptionAdvanced knowledge of Excel Experience with BI tools Analytical skills and reporting exposure Guide clients through the implementation process, outlining steps and setting Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely deployment of Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during implementation with minimal Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients throughout the Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
