Important : This is strictly a compliance role; not suitable for IT, ISO, TPRM, or quality auditors.
In this role, you will lead audits and contractual compliance reviews, ensuring Crayon meets its commercial and licensing obligations with key vendor (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle).
You'll collaborate across sales, finance, legal, and delivery teams to manage audit responses, develop compliance controls, and improve audit readiness.
Other responsibilities :
- Lead and manage audits for our vendors (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle), ensuring timely and comprehensive responses in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Lead commercial compliance audits related to software licensing, incentives, discount pass-through, and indirect resale models.
- Be the central point of contact for vendor compliance matters (e.g., Microsoft incentive programs, IBM audit requests).
- Develop and implement compliance policies, controls, and procedures in alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap assessments and compliance risk reviews tied to contractual / vendor obligations.
- Drive training and awareness sessions to build internal preparedness.
Your Competencies :
5+ years experience in software licensing compliance and vendor audits (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, or other similar firms).Strong understanding of commercial models, usage rights, incentive eligibility, and contractual compliance risk areas (including licensing usage, discount pass-through, incentive eligibility, and indirect sales models).Proven experience in developing compliance policies, internal controls, and training frameworks to address vendor-specific requirements and improve audit resilience.Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans for vendor-related compliance gaps.About You :
