L1 Support Engineer-Long Term Contract-Bangalore

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent

experience).

 2-3 years of experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.

 Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts

Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.).

 Familiarity with ERP systems and financial processes.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

 Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
