Help solve critical financial and strategic challenges for our client base across broad product and sector groups by :

• Developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams, and assisting with structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions;
• Developing financial models, performing customised company valuation analysis and forecasting, assisting with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and fixed income and equity issuances;
• Preparing client presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients' situations and provide the necessary financial insights to help shape client investment strategies to meet their goals;
• Coordinating teams of tax advisers, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions;
• Organising due diligence processes and actively participating in the negotiations of legal documentation.
