About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead – Data Ops to drive operational efficiency, support cross-functional alignment, and ensure transparent communication of key metrics across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adopting new product features, ensuring support needs are translated into actionable product improvements, and developing performance indicators to track the health and efficiency of operations.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel-based reporting is essential.
