Popstation is India’s fashion foundry—building the next wave of creator-led, community-driven fashion brands. With our incubator and accelerator programs, we power startups with strategy, design, manufacturing, marketing, and more. We're looking for a content-led
brand strategist and growth hacker
who can balance creativity with performance to drive results for Popstation and its portfolio brands.
Role Overview
You’ll be at the intersection of
content creation, storytelling, and marketing performance —building engaging narratives while optimizing them for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and execute
content strategies
for Popstation and client brands across Instagram, , YouTube, and web. Plan and run
performance marketing campaigns
Meta, Google, ) to drive lead gen and sales. Build strong
brand narratives, founder stories, community campaigns , and launch strategies. Coordinate with
designers, copywriters, and video editors
to execute content calendars. Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo to track performance and suggest improvements. Work closely with the
academy, product, and sales teams
to align messaging and positioning.
You Should Have : Proven experience in
performance marketing + brand storytelling . Strong grasp of
Instagram +
content strategies
bonus if you understand fashion niche). Basic knowledge of
ads funnel, CTR, CAC, ROAS, lead gen metrics . Experience working in
fashion, lifestyle, or early-stage D2C / startups
preferred. Hands-on with tools like
Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion , etc. A growth mindset + creativity + hustle.
