Join our expert team as an IDMC Lead to architect, deliver, and optimize enterprise-grade MDM and data integration solutions.Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on IDMC Lead who brings deep expertise in Informatica’s MDM SaaS (Cloud MDM) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI). The ideal candidate will also have exposure to CAI, CDQ, IDQ, on-prem Informatica MDM, and data governance frameworks. This role blends technical leadership, solution architecture, client engagement, and delivery ownership.Key Responsibilities : Solution Architecture & Delivery : Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS solutions on the IDMC platform.Architect and implement scalable CDI pipelines for batch and real-time data ingestion and transformation.Define and manage technical implementation plans, ensure alignment with business requirements, and drive delivery.Team & Client Leadership : Mentor and guide a team of developers, analysts, and QA engineers.Act as a primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.Cross-Product Expertise : Integrate components like CAI (Application Integration), CDQ (Cloud Data Quality), and IDQ for enhanced MDM and data stewardship use cases.Work with data stewards and governance teams to ensure clean, reliable, and governed master data.Technical Execution : Design survivorship, match / merge, and trust rules within MDM.Handle REST API integrations, cloud-to-cloud, and cloud-to-on-premise data flows.Participate in performance tuning, issue troubleshooting, and best practice enforcement.Stakeholder Engagement : Contribute to project scoping, estimations, and technical proposal development.Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and convert them into scalable architecture.Must-Have Skills : Strong hands-on experience in Informatica MDM SaaS (Cloud MDM).Proven expertise in Informatica CDI (Cloud Data Integration).Experience leading project delivery or working in lead capacity on cloud data management engagements.Good-to-Have Skills : Familiarity with CAI (Cloud Application Integration) and CDQ (Cloud Data Quality).Experience with IDQ and on-prem Informatica MDM (v10.X or higher).Exposure to Informatica Data Governance tools (Axon, EDC) and practices.Understanding of data modeling, survivorship rules, match / merge logic, and business entity design.Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration with external systems.Education & Certifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.Informatica certifications (Cloud MDM, CDI, or IDQ) are a plus.Why Join LumenData?Be part of a fast-growing, cloud-first data consulting firm.Work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge cloud data technologies.Opportunity to lead high-impact, enterprise-grade projects.Collaborative work culture with focus on innovation and continuous learning.
