Head - Advanced Engineering / Vehicle Architecture

Looking for a visionary Head - Advanced Engineering / Vehicle Architecture to lead the definition, development, and integration of advanced vehicle systems and architectures across future mobility platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and lead advanced vehicle architecture strategies (body, chassis, powertrain, electronics, software integration) aligned with future technology roadmaps
• Drive cross-domain system integration across mechanical, electrical, and software architecture layers
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for feasibility, maturity, and scalability into product lines
• Collaborate with product planning, R&D, and platform teams to define technical requirements for new vehicle platforms
• Lead concept development and platform modularization strategies to enable scalability and cost optimization
• Oversee technical reviews, architecture assessments, and system trade-off studies
• Establish strong partnerships with global technology leaders, research institutions, and suppliers
• Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation, systems thinking, and engineering B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in advanced automotive engineering, vehicle integration, and system architecture
• Strong understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle architecture, E / E systems, and software-defined vehicle concepts
• Proven experience in leading full vehicle programs or platform strategies from concept to SOP
• Sound knowledge of vehicle regulations, safety standards, and technology trends (e.g., electrification, ADAS, connected systems)
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and multicultural environments
