Job Title : HR Intern

Location : Gurgaon

Duration : 3 months

Stipend : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Job Description :

We're looking for an HR Intern to join our Operations team to support various HR functions and projects. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support in recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and documentation
• Support HR team in various projects and initiatives
