We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable ERP Admin to join our team. As an ERP Admin at Presidency University, you will play a critical role in helping faculty and students. You will work closely with faculty and students, provide expert advice, and ensure they leverage our solutions to achieve their goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming education and enhancing learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong Knowledge on Educational ERP system.
• Understand the unique needs and from the departments and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for end users.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to faculty and students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with departments, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
