Sharepoint Developer

Experience : 8 to 11 years

The candidate should have an excellent understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and out-of-the-box (OOB) customization capabilities.

Additionally, the candidate should have intermediate to advanced development experience in SharePoint, specifically using SPFx and customization of SharePoint Online sites.

PowerBI experience is also required as an additional skill

Job Description :

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into robust and user-friendly web applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using a combination of SharePoint, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies (.NET, JavaScript).
• Build and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework and Power Platform to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights from various data sources.
• Develop and maintain data connections using Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Create and optimize DAX formulas to perform complex data calculations and analysis within Power BI.
• Develop custom Power Apps to automate processes, collect data, and create interactive user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with SharePoint.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex web application issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SharePoint, Power BI, and web development technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and customizing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework and Power Platform.
• Hands on experience in working with SharePoint Online and should have indepth knowledge of features and capabilities of SharePoint
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX development, and report creation.
• Experience in connecting to various data sources, transform data, and create data models in Power BI.
• Expereince in Implementing data visualization best practices to ensure clarity and usability of reports.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices (visual perception, storytelling techniques).
• Experience with data wrangling and transformation using Power Query or similar
• Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with .NET is a plus.
• Strong understanding of database concepts (SQL) and data integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for building efficient and user-centric solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
