About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee and streamline our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees. You will work closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Post job ads and manage candidate applications across platforms.

Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews.

Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

What we are looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.

Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
