POSITION : Regional Sales Manager
LOCATION : Delhi, Ludhiana, Lucknow
SALARY : Up to 15 LPA

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage sales through the Project Dealer network.
- Achieve the sales plan for the designated territory.
- Generate a healthy pipeline of project leads and close orders.
- Follow up on site leads from customers, dealers, and specifiers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating the CRM system, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines.
- Regularly generate new business and promote new products.
- Meet and promote lighting products with architects, interior designers (IDs), project management consultants (PMCs), specifiers, and builders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of B2B / project sales experience.Strong relationships with architects, IDs, PMCs, and specifiers in the territory.Experience in architectural lighting or building materials.Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Experience in lead generation and prospecting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, including quotation preparation.Willingness to travel for client meetings.Qualification required : BE / BTech / MBA.
