Job Overview :
We are looking for a German-speaking Help Desk Support Specialist to provide first-level IT support for global users. This role involves resolving technical issues over voice calls, emails, and chats, mainly in German and English .
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer IT support queries via voice, email, and chat in German and English .
- Help users with password resets, Windows issues, file access, and internet problems .
- Escalate complex issues to the next support level when needed.
- Provide clear and friendly support , even to non-technical users.
- Record issues and solutions in the ticketing system and create support documents.
- Follow IT policies on data protection and password management.
- Work closely with the IT team to improve support processes.
Requirements :
3–4 years of experience in IT support or customer service (voice support).Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).Good knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and troubleshooting .Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.Able to work in rotational shifts (24x7) .Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
