JobType : full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business expansion in the Bangalore region. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the food and beverage sector , particularly in premium or natural product categories . The individual will be responsible for developing distribution channels, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets in the Bangalore market.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distribution partners, including HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and premium retail accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients such as five-star hotels, gourmet stores, and institutional buyers.
  • Conduct in-store and on-site product presentations, sampling sessions, and staff training to enhance product visibility and knowledge.
  • Collect market intelligence, monitor competition, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and credit management in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on trade promotions, activations, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, market forecasts, and performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales within the food and beverage industry, ideally focused on juices, premium, or natural product categories.
  • Existing network and contacts in the Bangalore HoReCa and premium retail segments.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing key client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore for client meetings and business development.
