About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors professional to lead our People Analytics implementation, transforming HR data into strategic insights for IT and corporate leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics solutionsDevelop executive dashboards for workforce metrics (attrition, skills gaps, DEI)Bridge IT and HR through data-driven workforce insightsEnsure data integrity and compliancePerformance Expectations
Deliver accurate and timely workforce analyticsDrive adoption of people analytics across HR and IT functionsEnsure data integrity and system reliabilityIT-HR Partnership
Serve as the key liaison between Corporate IT and HR teamsTransform IT workforce requirements into actionable analytics solutionsPresent data insights to IT HR leadershipQualifications : Required :
5+ years SuccessFactors WFA / People Analytics experienceStrong understanding of HRIS integrations (SAP HCM, Workday)Experience presenting data to senior leadershipBachelor's degree in HR, Analytics or related fieldPreferred :
SuccessFactors People Analytics certificationExperience in IT / tech workforce analyticsKnowledge of data privacy regulations
