Job description

Responsibilities :

Lead development of Rentkar's Next.js App Router-based web platform with server and client components.
Architect and optimize backend services with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
Build and maintain API integrations (Razorpay, Exotel / Sensy IVR, Google Ads / Analytics, BunnyCDN).
Manage performance optimization : Core Web Vitals (LCP / CLS / INP), caching strategies, image compression (Sharp, WebP / AVIF), and CDN routing.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, and SEO teams to deliver scalable, production-ready features.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirments :

Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router, ISR / SSR, metadata, dynamic routing).

Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.

Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and schema design.

Knowledge of AWS (S3 EC2 CloudWatch) and CDN integration (e. g., BunnyCDN).

Familiarity with payment / webhook flows (Razorpay, Google Ads conversions).

Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SEO / SEM integration, JSON-LD schemas, robots.txt, and sitemap generation.

Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and caching frameworks (Redis).
