Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Investor Services Associate

to join our team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for managing investor transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across our fund operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Onboard investors after a thorough review of subscription agreements and fund documentation. Book investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches. Process capital calls, distributions, and partner transfers. Prepare and distribute capital call and distribution notices. Maintain and update the investor register and static data. Generate and distribute contract notes and investor / partner statements. Handle daily documentation for Transfer Agency processes related to investor reporting. Monitor transactions for subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers. Perform KYC / AML checks during onboarding and redemptions. Conduct periodic reviews of investor / subscriber profiles. Carry out sanctions screening and enhanced due diligence where applicable.

Essential Qualifications :

Solid accounting knowledge. Good understanding of capital markets and financial products. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience in the

Mutual Fund

Private Fund

industry is preferred.
