We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our ETL Application Development team. This role blends technical expertise with strategic delivery management ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business goals and long-term vision. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can guide the team collaborate with stakeholders and drive successful delivery of data integration and transformation initiatives.

What Youll Bring :

Key Responsibilities :

• Techno-Functional Leadership :

Lead and manage the ETL development & testing team providing technical direction and functional oversight.

Mentor and support team members to enhance productivity skill development and engagement.

Own end-to-end delivery of ETL projects including planning resource allocation risk management and quality assurance.

Work closely with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable delivery plans.

Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and innovation within the ETL landscape.
