Servicenow Itom Developer

Role & responsibilities 5+ years Experience in Servicenow ITOM Developer Expert-level knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Strong experience with CMDB design, including CI classes, data quality, dependency views, and relationship management. Experience integrating with third-party tools for monitoring, cloud, and asset data. Deep understanding of MID Server architecture, and Orchestration (PowerShell, REST, SOAP). Hands-on scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow automation. Experience with ITIL v3 / v4 processes and frameworks. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and at least one of : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM Discovery ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM Service Mapping ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus Preferred Qualifications : Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration with ServiceNow ITOM. Experience with Service Graph Connectors and ITOM Visibility. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
