About the Role :

  • As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will leverage your technical background and sales expertise to engage customers, deliver tailored technical solutions, and close deals.
  • You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting live product demonstrations, and driving sales growth.
  • This role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical knowledge to ensure customers are equipped with the right solutions for their business.
  • Lead technical product demonstrations, offering detailed insights into our data integration solutions and related technologies.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, with a focus on SaaS and IT solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure the highest level of customer support and alignment with our solution sales strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and boost sales of products.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and developments in SaaS, data integration, and IT solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide technical expertise to resolve product-related issues.
  • Generate new leads and close sales through demonstrations, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with professional services and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Continuously enhance your technical sales skills through training and self-learning.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in software SaaS or IT sales, with a strong technical background.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling data integration, cloud, or SaaS-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to map technology to business needs and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA preferred but not required.

    Shift Timing : U.

    Shift (06 : 30 PM IST to 03 : 30 AM IST).

    Note : Candidates having 8+ years of experience will only be considered.
