Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical AEM Lead with 6- 9 years of hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of AEM architecture, development best practices, and the capability to lead technical teams in delivering scalable and high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of AEM-based solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, UX / UI designers, and developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
• Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM and integrations with third-party systems.
• Stay current with the latest AEM capabilities, product updates, and industry trends; recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment, offering insights into technical feasibility and resource needs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment processes.
