• Pharm D
• BSC Cardiac Technology
• BSC Occupational Therapy
• Bpharm / Mpharm Graduates
• Passion for Medical Coding
• Solid understanding of Anatomy

Role & responsibilities :

Extracting crucial data from patient records

Reviewing document completeness

Assigning CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9 / ICD-10-CM, APC, DRG, and ASA codes

Conducting chart audits

Ensuring adherence to coding standards

Validating code accuracy with physicians' diagnoses

Staying updated on coding regulations

Managing coding data and addressing billing inquiries
