Project Manager
you will work extensively with customers, partners, Product implementation, Product R&D team and QA. The work requires end-to-end responsibility for project implementation activities. This includes build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status, manage project risks, ensure successful implementation of specifications with the objective to ensure highest level of service offerings to client.
Experience Required : 8+ Years
Software implementation : Gather, understand and define business requirements, re-engineer and map them to technology features; configure, customize, deploy, document and support the acceptance testing for the technology platform.
Experience in UI and backend Customization, Shell script, Oracle (PL / SQL), and Java. Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and advanced concepts in architecting and designing a solution. Strong knowledge of basic project management tools – MS Project, MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio. In-depth understanding of various processes and constituents of project management, best practices in order to find proactive solutions for complex situations. Should be able to communicate, build context, and uses appropriate data / examples / techniques to support complex ideas and handle complex project implementation situations. Strong in planning and organizing, team building and positive customer orientation. Should have good understanding of application implementation concepts, general transformation and migration activities. Working experience in banking application implementation is an additional advantage. Finacle implementation experience is an added advantage Ability to manage a team of at least 10 people.
