Co-Founder – Business, Strategy & Growth (Early-Stage Startup)

Location : Open to Remote or Bangalore (Preferred)

Job Type : Co-founder | Equity-based (no salary initially)

We’re an early-stage startup building a social entertainment and real-money engagement platform — think gaming, live interactions, and pay-per-minute subscription models.
Backed by strong product DNA and engineering firepower, we're now looking for an equally ambitious non-technical co-founder to drive GTM, growth, and operations.

About Us

We're a lean team of 5–10 engineers and builders, working at the intersection of tech, monetization, and entertainment.

We’ve shipped working prototypes and are exploring scalable concepts across gaming, subscription, and social engagement.

Our team is from Meta, Amazon, and IIT , with 8+ years of experience in product and engineering leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Background from IIM / IIT / MBB / top-tier consulting or startup leadership

You’ve built or scaled a startup (bonus if you've raised capital or failed fast — we value scars)

Exposure to gaming , fintech , or consumer social is a plus

You love zero-to-one chaos and believe in speed, ownership, and deep execution

You're outcome-oriented , hands-on, and want to build something massive
