We’re looking for a dedicated US Accountant to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Accountant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in US accounting practices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Quick Books (Online and Desktop), possess a strong understanding of GAAP, and be capable of managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US-based clients

Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and bank reconciliations

Handle month-end and year-end closing processes

Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payroll, and taxes

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of financial reports

Utilize Quick Books and other relevant tools for bookkeeping and accounting

Respond to client queries and provide financial insights as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

years of relevant experience in US accounting and financial services

Proficiency in Quick Books (Online & Desktop) is a must

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IRS regulations

Experience with accounting tools and cloud-based platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Work Environment :

Work from our Ahmedabad office

Night shift : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST (US shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

Experience working in a US-based CPA or accounting firm

Familiarity with tools like Xero, Zoho Books, or other accounting software

CPA / EA certification or US Taxation experience is a plus
