What will you contribute?

A passionate and results-driven Product Owner is sought to join the Agile development team. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-value features that align with customer and business needs. The Product Owner serves as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories.

Responsibilities & Deliverables :

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings.

Make informed decisions on trade-offs between scope, time, and resources.

Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve features.

Ensure alignment between product development and customer needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

3+ years of Financial Industry experience.

Requires 6 to 9 years of overall professional experience.

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Experience with product lifecycle management and backlog tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and business value.

Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress and flexibility in an evolving work environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
