We are hiring a Business Development Manager

with a strong background in

client acquisition for recruitment or staffing services . This is your chance to work with a growing recruitment firm, build quality partnerships, and drive revenue.

What You’ll Do : Identify and close business with hiring managers / HR leaders / CXO’s / CEO’s. Bring in quality clients across India for hiring mandates. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Work closely with our sourcing team for delivery.

What You Bring : 6–12 years in business development in

recruitment / staffing . Strong

network of HR / TA leaders

across industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
