Performance Test Engineer

Role :   Performance Test Engineer

Experience :  5-7 years of experience.

Location : BAN

Role Responsibilities :

Design develop and execute performance test scripts using tools such as  JMeter K6 or similar .

Collaborate with developers DevOps and QA teams to define performance testing requirements and strategies.

Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks scalability issues and performance tuning opportunities.

Use  APM tools  like  Datadog  or  Dynatrace  to monitor application performance and support root cause analysis.

Leverage  log analysis tools  such as  Kibana / Elasticsearch  to identify trends errors and potential system issues.

Integrate performance testing with CI / CD pipelines using  Git  and other automation tools.

Utilize basic  AWS  services knowledge to simulate production-like test environments.

Understand  Kubernetes (K8s)  architecture to support performance testing in containerized environments.

Required Skills :

57 years of hands-on experience in  performance testing .

Must have strong experience with one or more  load testing tools  (e.g. JMeter K6).

Must have working experience on  Git  for version control.

Must have experience with  Application Performance Monitoring (APM)  tools (Datadog Dynatrace).

Must have very good analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance mindset.

Strong knowledge of  log analysis  using Kibana or Elasticsearch.

Basic knowledge of  AWS  services and architecture.

Understanding of  Kubernetes (K8s)  concepts and deployments.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Experience in scripting (Shell Python or JavaScript) for test automation.

Working experience with CI / CD tools and processes (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI / CD).
