Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced PDF Accessibility Analyst at Aathirai Technologies. The role is located in Madurai South, with some work from home acceptable. The PDF Accessibility Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that digital content is accessible and meets regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include converting documents to accessible formats, conducting accessibility audits, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in PDF conversion and accessibility
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, Section 508, and ADA
• Familiarity with accessibility tools like JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver is a plus
• Attention to Detail and Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the publishing or educational content industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
