Role Summary :

We are hiring a dynamic sales professional for our Direct Channel team. The role requires driving life insurance sales through direct customer interaction and achieving business goals without any intermediary channel.

Key Responsibilities :

Acquire new customers through field visits and lead follow-ups.
Promote and sell life insurance products directly.
Understand customer financial needs and provide the right solutions.
Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Candidate Profile :

Graduation is a must.

1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably from the BFSI sector.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

Channel : Direct (No bank or partner support – individual sales)
