We are looking for an experienced HR professional to drive talent engagement, development, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities –

Talent Engagement :

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Design and execute engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans to improve employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives to build a strong employer brand and create a positive work environment.
  • Plan and organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct regular HR Connects to gather employee feedback, address concerns, and enhance overall engagement and workplace experience.
  • Talent Development :

  • Design and oversee leadership development programs, career progression frameworks, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching programs.
  • Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Performance Management :

  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement and career growth discussions.
  • Foster a continuous feedback culture to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Change Management & Culture Building :

  • Support HR leadership in driving cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to implement change management strategies that align with business goals.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on talent engagement, development, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks and learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR analytics, survey tools, and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
